ABSTRACT
The residency in General Comprehensive Medicine constitutes the improvement of the social approach to medicine, which is the basic premise of the Cuban national health system. To date, residents do not personally have control cards for evaluation activities in their residency. Its design allows for adequate work and knowledge on the part of residents and training tutors, in addition to controlling the methodological process of the residency from any scenario where they are, also observing the performance achieved. Easy to understand and fill in, it translates the work done by the resident, as well as the training quality of the resident and a summary of his development within the postgraduate course.REFERENCES
