ABSTRACT
The evaluation is a systematic activity that must be carried out by the bosses with their subordinates as an essential part of the work system with the cadres and constitutes an extraordinary instrument of direction and education, through which the behavior and the results obtained in compliance are valued of their missions and tasks. This article has the purpose of assessing the importance of the evaluation process of the cadres and their impact on the performance of the position. The results of the evaluation of the cadres allow to assess their successes, deficiencies and their causes, determining, in turn, how the principles of the cadre policy have been applied and plotting the measures for future work; It is necessary that managers raise awareness of the importance of an adequate application of the methodology for the evaluation process of the cadres.REFERENCES
