The arterial hypertension is the most important risk factor for cardiac and vascular cerebral disease. Is an important cause of intracerebral hemorrhage. The arterial hypertension produce arteriolar changes, cerebral ischemic stroke and diffuse encephalopathy. The arterial hypertension effect is cause of severe neurological disability and death.
