The group interviews applied were recorded and transcribed for the following content analysis. Results. during the different phases in their life courses, violence is always present in women with non-hegemonic sexualities, marked by regional differences, sexual orientation and gender identity. Conclusions. in contexts where a strong patriarchal culture domains, lesbophobia and transphobia are mechanisms that are placed in the base of different forms of violence against women with non-hegemonic sexualities. The limited exercise of rights and the contraction of possibilities to enjoy social opportunities for lesbian and trans women, generates psychological and sexual discomfort.REFERENCES
