ABSTRACT
Introduction: the cardiovascular illnesses constitute the main cause of death in the whole world with 17 million deaths a year. For the 2020, the ischemic illness of the heart will be responsible for 11,1 million deaths. Objective: to determine the risk factors for the auriculoventricular blockade in patient with myocardic inferior heart attack. Material and method: It was carried out an observational, analytic, of cases and controls study, at cares Intensive Adults, Comandante Pinares Hospital, San Cristobal-2018. Universe: 49 patients. Sample: 23 (cases) and 23 (randomized controls). The variables were: age, sex, age bigger than 65 years, antiarritmic treatment, prediagnostic time of evolution bigger than 6 hours, thrombolisis in the first 6 hours and inferoventricular right topography. The risk was evaluated by the Relative Opportunity, the attributable risk and the populational attributable risk, the association by means of the statistical test square Chi of Pearson, with 95 % of dependability. Results: the age bigger than 65 years (18 cases and risk of 71%), the non thrombolisis in the first 6 hours (19 cases and risk of 59%) and the inferoventricular right topography (13 cases and risk of 60%), they constituted factors of highly significant risk, while the prediagnostic time of evolution bigger than 6 hours was a factor of significant risk (18 cases and risk of 53%). Conclusions: states like the age existed bigger than 65 years; non thrombolisis in the first 6 hours; the inferoventricular right topography and prediagnostic time of evolution bigger than 6 hours, constituted true risk factors being associated to the auriculoventricular blockade in patient with inferior myocardic heart attack.REFERENCES
