Management of anaphylaxis in pediatrics

ABSTRACT
The anaphylaxis is defined as a serious allergic reaction that is rapid in
onset caused by the sudden release of mast cell mediators into the
systemic circulation and may cause death. The most common cause in
children is the food allergy. The diagnosis of anaphylaxis is based on
clinical criteria and the first line medical treatment is intramuscular
epinephrine.
