ABSTRACT
The objective of this work is to present an overview of how the students and resident doctors are in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic in Mexico. The safety of medical students in is the responsibility of the academic institutions where they carry out their studies, however as they are carrying out clinical practices in hospitals, they must also guarantee their safety, however in Mexico it was not possible to verify that they were granted the conditions of security, so the country’s universities unanimously decided to separate the doctors in training from the clinical headquarters until the necessary security conditions were in place. Resident doctors of all specialties currently continue to be active in hospital sites, the Ministry of Health through the General Directorate of Quality and Health Education, indicated that they should continue with their clinical practice activities, according to their academic program with no longer than 24 hours journeys and in support of the needs of each hospital unit.REFERENCES
