ABSTRACT

Hypoglycemia due to endogenous hyperinsulinism constitutes a therapeutic challenge. The clinical, biochemical and imaging characteristics of patients diagnosed with endogenous hyperinsulinism treated at the National Endocrinology Institute from 2004 to 2018 are described.
