ABSTRACT
In the attention of multiple victims, the emergency medical technicians and the emergency physicians is had to face to inherent decisions to the priority of care and transportation of patients. They in this article are revised the origins of the systems of classification and some of the systems at the moment in use for the best care of multiple victims.
