ABSTRACT
Rehabilitation of the maxillary anterior esthetic zone demands the adequate management of peri-implant soft tissues as well as the correct transfer by a true copy of the position of these tissues and their relationship with adjacent structures using an impression that will also need to be customized. The objective of this article is to present an alternative in the rehabilitation of implants by custom-made emergence profile to obtain better functional and esthetic results, but above all to maintain the position of peri-implants oft tissues.
