ABSTRACT
Objetivo: to socialize the results obtained with the application of the Educative program for the pedagogical professional performance improvement of Elam academicians in attention to the student diversity.Materiales y métodos: the methodology used constitutes an integration of theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistic methods applied during the investigation process. At the first moment the students´diagnosis was carried out from the results obtained in the instrument results applied that joining to systematization carried out to the referents al lowed to design an educative program that was applied to the selected sam-ple.In the last period was valorated to put in practice of the proposal.
Results: in the proposal are detailed as characteristics: dynamic, participative, active, reflex ive, humanist, optimist, responsible, contextualized with ludical focus. It is structurade for four stages with five forms and individual and collective alternatives of Advanced Education. In each of them are developed five topics related to university cademicians´ pedagogical professional performance in the attention to student diversity.
Conclusions: the proposal was assessed, after implementation as pertinent and necessary, not only for the scenary where it was applied.
