ABSTRACT
At present, security in patient attention is one of the most important aspects requiring to be reviewed and developed in order to establish an effective process which may guarantee a quality care in infirmary attention. So as to make it sure that security may be stated as a necessary condition in infirmary attention, it is elementary to know what the adverse developments are and how they might be present when some risky processes of nurse care are undertaken. This is important to reach the aim of avoiding and controlling those factors that could predispose to errors and attempt against patients security. As a strategy to carry out those mentioned procedures, it is necessary to create a data base which may allow us to know the prevalence of adverse events (AE) as a continuous and efficient information source. It would be important that this data base can lead alarm signs detection, their analysis and control, as a strategy of achieving high-quality infirmary cares, as well as a premise for planning lasting improvement activities which could serve to the benefit of external and internal patients.REFERENCES
