ABSTRACT
Cutaenous tuberculosis is a uncommon variety of extrapulmonary
tuberculosis caused by
Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberculosis
verrucosa cutis is a clinical form characterized by limited
verrucose plaques affecting mainly hands, knees, ankles and
buttocks. We describe a 52-year-old female with an atypical
presentation with a nine month history.
