ABSTRACT
Congenital heart diseases patients nursing care is a challenge for professional due to each one complexity. Cases are not always as literature describes them, sometimes, they vary and eventhough there are technological advances and more precise diagnostic tests, complication in this type of patients are serious and most of the times mortal if they are not treated adequate. We present a case of congenital heart disease, of the unique ventricle, type a complex variant that requires the satisfaction of patients needs through nursing attention, providing the better possible conditions in order to diminish parent tension and anguish related to their son condition, because in most cases treatment is only palliative with very low survival.REFERENCES
