ABSTRACT
We present the case of a 42 years old male, with 8 months of superior abdominal pain, hematoquezia and loss weight. In the colonoscopy we find proliferative growth lesions in ascending and transverse colon, as well as an stenotic lesion in descending colon. The patient underwent a surgical procedure and the anathomopathologics findings report a well differentiated adenocarcinoma in the stenotic lesion with concurrent in situ carcinoma and focal invasion of submucosa layer with mucinous areas in the rest of lesions, defying an sinchronic colonic cancer. The procedure realized was a subtotal colectomy with ileorectal anastomosis, the patient has an adequate recovering free of tumor at this time.
