Factors related to infirmary diagnosis, lesion risk in postoperative immediately after coronary revascularization

ABSTRACT
The main idea is qualify and identify risk factors, establishing possible association between them by North American Nursing Diagnosis Association International for diagnostic risk of injury in surgery coronary revascularization of the post-operation immediate time. Method: Is a descriptive, explorative, retrospective and transversal study, 64 files were check to separate in two groups, the complicated and no complicated patient. Results: The value of 13 RM, (IC 3.44-52.68, P = ‹ 0.001) between internal and external factors. 8.27 RM, (IC 2.31-31.24, P = ‹ 0.0001). Finally external and drugs factors reported r 0.807, with P = 0.01. The total internal factors and drug reported r 0.710, P = 0.01. In the correlation internal and external factors r 0.682, P = 0.017 statistic significance. Conclusion: NANDA Taxonomy group has a few limits; they don’t considerate risk indicators of the post- operation patient, needier specific situation clinical of person, medical treatment and surgery risk.REFERENCES
