ABSTRACT
ZThe Fallot Tetralogy Disease (TF) and its evolution on a patient depends on the stage of it. This disease gets the classification of: light, medium and severe. The severe cases normally are detected on birth and the patient will dye if the disease isn’t treated at the moment. On the last two degrees, the patient can survive if he has an arterial conduct failure or with a not small infundibulum. On those cases a surgical procedure is necessary in order to remake the heart’s normal physiology and anatomy, trough correcting the characteristic malfunctions of its pathology which are: intraventricular communication, right ventricle hypertrophy, stenosis infundibular and aorta’s overriding.REFERENCES
