ABSTRACT
The heart begins to develop in the eighth week of gestation, the congenital heart disease are common, with a frequency of six to eight cases for each 1,000 live born. The cause it is unknown in the majority of the cases, the congenital heart disease divide in two big groups: cyanotic congenital heart disease and acyanotic heart disease. The pediatric patient with any heart disease frequently has some other external alterations to congenital disease that make difficult their recuperation y longer their days in hospital, is about that the nursery personnel requires of knowledge specialized not only in the cardiology area also in the pediatric area, using Nursing Method like a basic tool in the assistance work of the professional, helps to the reconnaissance of owners, necessities and specific problems, as well as to the performance of clinical signs in a particular context.REFERENCES
