ABSTRACT
In order to provide quality medical care for adolescents, the Ministry of Health implemented the Model of Comprehensive Attention in Sexual and Reproductive Health for Adolescents (MAISSRA) in order that through a series of requirements the health units can be nominated as Friendly Services and thus be able to provide health services. Given that in the health services of the state of Quintana Roo, 54% of the friendly services are distributed in the seven municipalities of the northern zone and that make up the health jurisdiction number 2 through this study, it is intended to describe the implementation of the Friendly services installed in that jurisdiction. For this, a descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out where an analysis of the implementation of the Friendly Services in this jurisdiction was carried out in the period March - August 2019. The qualitative analysis to evaluate the care offered in each of the Friendly Services was through a signaling of the Actions of the Basic Service Package of MAISSRA. The result is that the Urban Health Centers 11, Zazil-Há and Colosio obtained a higher score when these guidelines were adhered to and it was concluded that the poor implementation of the prevention, care and promotion actions of the basic package of services established in the MAISSRA It results in an increased risk of teenage pregnancy, increased risk of sexually transmitted diseases and risk of maternal death.REFERENCES
