ABSTRACT
It is a black race and peasant 69-year-old male patient, with a history of sigmoid volvulus surgery 2 years ago, in which Hartmann colostomy was performed. He also underwent treatment a month ago for fever enterocolitis Typhoid. He showed himself to General Surgery service of the Regional Hospital of Huambo, Angola, presenting a small bowel evisceration through colostomy stoma. He was urgently admitted and operated.REFERENCES
