ABSTRACT
Urinary tract infection is considered among the most frequent infectious
diseases worldwide, one of the classifications divides this pathology into
complicated and uncomplicated urinary tract infection, the latter occurs very
frequently in the first level consultation, It has multiple clinical presentations,
you can consult by clinic of uncomplicated cystitis or uncomplicated
pyelonephritis. Uncomplicated urinary tract infection occurs in healthy
people with no history of functional abnormalities. It mainly affects young
women,
Escherichia coli is the microorganism most frequently involved, the
diagnosis is made based on the clinical picture, usually it is not necessary to
perform laboratory tests, the management will depend on the etiology.
