ABSTRACT
The perifollicular fibroma is a rare benign tumor, which is characterized as a proliferating lesion derived from the perifollicular sheath. The most frequent topography is the head, presenting as papules or nodules of single or multiple dome aspect. The diagnosis lies in the histopathological study where fibrous tissue is observed around the hair follicle. We present an unusual case in a pediatric patient with two asymptomatic neoformations in the neck.
