ABSTRACT
Syringocystoadenoma papilliferum is an uncommon benign adnexal
tumor. It is an apocrine papillary cystadenoma, which is
characterized by having different clinical and histopathological
patterns. It has a predilection for the head, forehead and neck
in 70-80%, usually in the form of a papule, solitary nodule, or
plaque. We present a case of unusual papilliferous siringocistoadenoma
with an atypical location in the vulva, with its characteristic
histopathological features.
