Alimentations: fundamental right of childrens and adolescents in Mexico

ABSTRACT
Introduction. This paper presents a journey on human rights for alimentation in children and adolescents, from an international and national approach, based on what is established in international agreements of which Mexico is a member, as well as in the Constitution Mexican, as a food right for all Mexicans. The right to food is incorporated as a human right in article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which recognizes the inherent dignity and equality for all people.Objective. Demostrate around global and national history how the Human Right for alimentation to children and adolescents.
Materials and methods. This paper includes a detailed international and national review of the guarantees that made possible the right for alimentation to children and adolescents, as well as the measures that were adopted and must be taken to be effective, enforceable and justiciable.
Results. According to the reviews, the scope and implications of the main approaches contained in the international instruments where the right to food is enshrined and of which Mexico is a part of them, are committed to guarantee the fundamental and human right as It is the food. It was also reviewed that at the national level, legislation is still being continued so that food is a human right of children and adolescents that must be contained in the Constitution of the United Mexican States.
Conclusions. Despite all the agreements and treaties that Mexico has signed at the international level, Mexican laws still have gaps in which they must continue working to guarantee the right to food for children and adolescents
