ABSTRACT

Six hats to think, represents an interesting and creative proposal for the management of collective thinking, which, applied to meetings or specific moments where a group of people discuss a particular topic; it could mean the key to success.
The use of the "six hats" in contexts such as the one described, makes it possible to effectively conduct the analysis in a group discussion, make decisions based on the construction of collective thinking, while minimizing the negative and destructive effect of confrontation and discordance of criteria.
The author proposes a method for the use of "hats", with which he describes the order, situation and its effect. Red, blue, green, yellow, black and white, are the colors of these and each one represents a way of thinking and expressing what the moment demands, but with a future projection.
