ABSTRACT
Introduction. Fluoride rinses are materials with remineralizing capacity; however, its use and application in the child population is
not a widespread practice.
Objective. Evaluate in-vitro remineralization of tooth decay of white spot not cavitated in primary teeth
with two children’s fluoride rinses.
Materials and methods. In vitro cross-sectional study, 20 primary teeth healthy divided into
2 groups (negative and positive) control and 2 experimental groups (A and B) which were created artificially a white spot lesion
not cavitated. Groups A and B were subjected to treatment with 2 children’s oral rinses and remineralizing capacity of each was
measured.
Results. Our study show that remineralization arose in both experimental groups, was used the statistical program
SPSS version 21, statistical analysis showed that there are significant differences between the experimental and control groups.
Conclusion. Both children’s oral rinses possess the capacity to remineralize a decay of white spot lesion not cavitated.
