ABSTRACT
The reconstruction of the foot is divided into zones described by Hidalgo and Shaw, although it only involved the volar surface of the foot; Hollenbeck also divided the foot into zones giving reconstructive options in each case. In the «Lic. Adolfo Lopez Mateos» Medical Center we made seven flaps during the year 2017, one of which presented complete loss of the flap due to venous congestion and the other six had an adequate evolution. In this work we present two flaps respecting and identifying the critical points.
