ABSTRACT

The lupus erythematosus (LE) it is an illness autoimmune whose spectrum varies from a relatively benign cutaneous form until a severe and potentially fatal systemic form. This systemic affection is characterized by abnormalities immunologic humorales and cellular that drive to the destruction tisular through the deposit of complex immune and autoantibody. Sixty five percent of the patients with they present lesions cutaneous type LED in the evolution of their illness, and 20% they begin with lesions discoides.
