ABSTRACT
It is estimated that 21% of infertile couples are due to anovulation and oligoovulation. Ovulation induction refers to the type of ovarian stimulation for women with anovulation that aims to restore normal fertility by generating normoovulatory cycles. This literary review describes low complexity treatments; ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination alone and ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination; Ovulation induction medications, as well as indications and doses.
