ABSTRACT
Tumors of mesenchymal origin are rare in Coloproctology. Among them, Solitary Fibrous Tumors are even less
frequent in the perianal region. We present a patient of African origin (Angola), with a large tumor, located between
the anus and the scrotum, which was studied and subjected to complete surgical excresis. After carrying out rigorous
anatomopathological studies, a Lung Fibrous Tumor of the perianal anterior region was diagnosed, without evidence
of malignancy. In order to be a rare and unique case, we decided to publish it and make an updated review of the
subject.
