ABSTRACT
In order to prepare physicians for the growing opportunities in medical practice, SOBRAMFA - Medical Education and Humanism has developed an innovative training program in patient-centered medicine. The training program includes an innovative learning agenda with regular meetings - scientific and cultural - as well as clinical supervision. Doctors are accompanied by an individualized evaluation process that encourages self-reflection, contributing to personal and professional maturation, and can contribute to improving professionalism and excellence in medicine
