ABSTRACT
Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus is a chronic and relapsing skin disease, responsible of destructive potential scarring and functional disabilities. This is a descriptive, retrospective, observational and longitudinal study of 10 patients recruited in our institute between 2014 and 2016. We observed that both female and male patients were affected and it occurs most frequently in adults. This assumption is not significantly different from others previous studies. However, our interest is about the great variance in clinical presentation.
