Cuban experience with istas 21 in the evaluation of the psychosocial risk factors at work in a telecommunication center

ABSTRACT
The results of inspections carried out in a telecommunications center dedicated to the printing of telephone bills, showed certain situations with dissatisfaction at work in executive positions of invoicing, mainly archivists and it was decided to make a study with the objective of determine occupational psychosocial risks that respond to this problem. The sample used is 34 people for the areas linked to the work of the center. The objective was to determine and evaluate if the conditions and organization of the existing work in the center constitute factors of psychosocial risks that affect feelings of imbalance. The analysis of the national and international bibliography admitted to select the instrument CoPsoQ ISTAS 21, to carry out the study when complying with the appropriate characteristics. The results presented in the evaluated dimensions, verified the potential existence of psychosocial risk factors in the current conditions and organization of work, with a predominance of double presence, sense of work and possibility of development. Finally, a methodological strategy is established to improve the satisfaction of workers by increasing the organization of work.REFERENCES
