Fifteen year old male patient who presented to the emergency room with right foot swelling and fever for the past five days. He has had acute faringoamigdalitis and a minor foot
trauma during the past week. The other history was irrelevant for the present illness. The fisical examination revealed fever, right foot swelling and erytema in that area. X rays of
the foot were normal. Serum inflammatory markers were elevated and the bone scintigrafy showed inflammatory changes.
