ABSTRACT
The aortic artery is the principal pad way with a large number of medium and small arteries have the function to deliberate the vital blood perfusion of every vital organ; that is why any disease at this level is considered as a life threatening situation. Inside the Acute Aortic Syndromes, is the Aortic dissection witches two or three times more often than the rupture of abdominal aortic aneurysm; and without the correct assessment it has a mortality of 90% in three months.
