ABSTRACT
Tuberculosis remains a global health problem. For been an infectious disease, the early detection is crucial to reduce his incidence. The chest x-ray is a rapid imaging technique that allows identifying abnormalities of the thoracic cavity, including the lungs. Is an essential tool recommended by World Health Organization for triaging and screening tuberculosis. Systematic screening for active tuberculosis is the systematic identification of people with suspected active tuberculosis in a predetermined target groups, using tests, examinations or other procedures that can be applied rapidly. Target to a group that has been determined high risk of tuberculosis. This article updates the management and recommendations of radiological diagnosis of tuberculosis targeted, in vulnerable groups.
