Behavior of the risk factors of breast cancer in number 1 doctor house, Guisa. January 2016-2017

ABSTRACT
Breast cancer is day by day more evident and had experimented a significative increase in the patients with this pathology. A descriptive-longitudinal study was done with the objective of identify the behavior of the risk factors of breast cancer in the health area of Guillermo González Polanco policlinic in Guisa, during the period of January 2016-January 2017, of a universe of 163 patients a sample of 63 woman between 18 and 65 years old was taken fulfilling the inclusion-exclusion criteria. Different empiric methods were used: logic-historical, analysis and synthesis, induction-deduction and statistical. The data was obtained by means of an interview and the clinical charts of patients and processed by means of a LG computer, using Microsoft word and excel programs. The method of simple count was used and as a summary measure the absolute numbers and percents. It was determined that the main risk factor is the age, presenting a major incidence in the 46-55 years 22 (35%), in the white race 38 cases were observed (61%), 33 woman reported that they had family antecedents of suffering this sickness. (53%) use hormonal contraconceptives 48 (77%) do not do the self exam of breast, 40 females (65%) the frequency of the breast self exam, the 65% never done it.
