ABSTRACT
Understanding heart failure has gone through various stages. The original cardiorenal concept let to hemodynamic until the current neurohumoralconception that has definitely changed the treatment of patients. Recent treatments focus on optimize neurohormonal inhibition, having thus emerged dual inhibitors and new β-blockers and new ARNI. Highlighted in this context the results with sacubitril / valsartan, which are very encouraging.
