Henoch-Schönlein purpura is the vasculitis that occurs mostly in children between two and six years, has a worldwide
incidence between 10.5 and 20.4 cases per 100 thousand children per year.

a maxillomandibular-class relationship, face with brachifacial pattern, mandibular retrognathism, short cranial base, incipient
biprotrusion, labial protrusion, horizontal growth pattern is evaluated by psychology with diagnoses of anxiety disorder and
emotional retardation for their age. Odontopediatric treatment plan is made, generate space for eruption, redirect the growth

of our specialty, it is important to implement strategies, which are focused on the prevention and installation of habits of oral
hygiene, interdisciplinary communication is the integral basis to give a better quality of life to the patient.
