Model of corporate responsibility in a State social enterprise of the department of Cordoba, Colombia, 2017

ABSTRACT
The objective was to design a model of corporate responsibility in a State social enterprise (ESE) of the first level in the Department of Cordoba, Colombia, in 2017. A cross-sectional descriptive study mixed with the application of the questionnaire as an instrument applied to interest groups as were managers, employees, suppliers and users determined in the sample. Once the information was collected, registration, processing, analysis and discussion were processed through statistical tables and graphic techniques in the form of radar. Seven indicators and 31 sub-indicators were evaluated, whose evaluation was established in the institution. In general, compliance with isolated actions in the area of ?? Corporate Social Responsibility was evaluated, but the objective of the actions articulated and aimed at minimizing environmental risks, an interaction best way with the community. We present the guidelines in the indicator, the board of directors, the sub-indicators in the social balance, the ethical commitments, the organizational culture and the relations with the competition. In the indicators employed, there is strength in indicators of participatory management, commitments to professional development, valuation of diversity, health, safety and working conditions, social balance, working environment and an opportunity to improve remuneration and benefits policy . Full compliance is observed in the supplier's interest group, followed by the environment, and meets at a partial level with requirements established in the indicators perceived by employees, users and community with scores of 1.60, 1.90 and 1.96, respectively.
