ABSTRACT
In the present article we propose to make an approach from the Freudian proposal of the ominous towards the field of the naked and the state of exception, both worked by the philosopher Giorgio Agamben. Given the complexity of the political states that define an epoch, with particular characteristics and production of differential subjectivity,we are given the task of making a brief analysis of the logic of the political that characterizes a certain return to fundamentalisms based on the social medicines of "well-being" and the consequent rejection of everything that is appreciated as a radical difference. We also present a brief analysis of the so-called war against terrorism and against drug trafficking, from the registration of the “event”.REFERENCES
