ABSTRACT
We conducted a graduate follow up study of the postgraduate program in Family Therapy at the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Iztacala at UNAM, to identify strategies in their profesional education, to evaluate the program objectives, significant knowledge, contents, academic- administrative services, offered at this institution, as well as their labor insertion. This was a transversal descriptive research; there was a non probabilistic sample of 40 graduate students, who belonged to 13 generations that included 125 graduate students. A questionnaire was elaborated, based on the graduate profile of the masters program. The results reflect a positive evaluation of the program and its application in specific items including competencies, values, attitudes and academic aspects of the program; they expressed work satisfaction and a medium to high tendency in their salaries.REFERENCES
