The results showed that governmental, sectorial and local policies allowed the health system to have at its disposal valuable tools to perform with concrete actions its assignment related to health promotion. Some achievements as the improvement of indicators were identified, but also challenges as the attention to the housing policy. The different areas of social participation showed their influence in the achieved results, although it urges to fuel them with new approaches.
