ABSTRACT
A case of pharyngocele is reported, which is a rare entity that involves dilation of the
pharyngeal wall in areas of muscle weakness. This paper analyzes the clinical and radiological
characteristics observed in a 26-year-old male patient, who was asymptomatic
and had expectant management.
