ABSTRACT
Cutaneous leiomyomas are benign tumors that originate from smooth muscle. They are classified in pillar leiomyoma, angioleiomyoma and genital leiomyoma. The angioleiomyoma develops from the muscle layer of the blood vessels. It most often affects women between the fourth and sixth decades of life in the lower extremities. We communicate the case of a 28-year-old woman who presented an angioleiomyoma at the level of the calcaneal tendon.
