ABSTRACT
Cartilage grafts are frequently used in reconstructive surgery, they provide volume and consistency. It is necessary to know the appropriate donor site for each receiving topography, as well as surgery technique to be used in each case. The most frequently used grafts are the autografts, since they have shown to provide the best results.
