ABSTRACT
Behçet's disease can affect several organs and the presence of recurrent genital, oral and uveitis ulcers characterize it. Neuro-Behçet's is one of the most serious and uncommon clinical manifestations of Behçet's disease, so it should be taken into account in the differential diagnosis with inflammatory, infectious or demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system. This case report describes a female patient with acute severe neurological manifestations, unusual in this disease.
