An echocardiogram was performed, finding concentric hypertrophy of the left ventricle, valvular aortic area of 3.1 cm2, aortic artery with a maximum velocity of 4.15 m / s. It is accompanied with an angiotomography that shows a caliber of 3.6 cm at the left ventricle outlet and a posterior view of the birth of the subclavian artery only once 40% for the rest is recovered from the normal caliber. Surgical treatment was performed with an aortoplasty technique with Dacron patch , the patient evolving favorably.
