ABSTRACT

Appendicitis is a frequent cause of acute abdomen, the effective diagnostic approach is crucial to provide timely treatment and prevent complications, in this article is an analysis of the adequacy criteria of the American College of Radiologists «ACR Appropiateness criteria» for the diagnosis of pain in right iliac fossa.
