ABSTRACT
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia is the most common benign tumor in males, Clinically it is related to age.The risk factors are not known yet; the family clinical history is very important because First-degree relatives of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasiapatients have been reported to have a relative risk four times higher than normal of developing Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.The treatment objectives are to improve symptoms and quality of life, avoid the clinical progression of the disease and reduce the risk of complications and / or the need for surgery.
